Our products range from exceptional meats, the best beef brisket this side of Texas. Beef that's graded Choice, Certified Angus Choice, Prime and Wagyu. Our Competition Meats
- Chicken
Our chicken is the freshest, highest quality chicken available and has won two state titles to prove it. Our chicken is preservative and additive free, delievered fresh packed on ice (never frozen). Ask about our special "competition grade" thighs hand selected to be uniform in size with a thin, white skin to create that bite-thru skin the judges are looking for.
- Ribs
We have a wide variety of ribs that can be hand cut to your specifications. Baby Backs, Whole Spares, St. Louis cuts are all available. Berkshire pork also available by special order.
- Pork
We carry in stock literally 100's of pork shoulder butts ready for you to select the perfect butt for competition. Berkshire pork also available by special order.
- Brisket
We carry the widest selection of briskets available in the region. USDA Choice, USDA Choice Certified Angus, USDA Prime, and American Wagyu and Australian Waggyu available. Please call for availablity. Our briskets have won two state titles!
Rubs And Sauces
We sell one of the largest selections of rubs and sauces on the east cost, and are adding more all the time. Don't see what you need, we'll be happy to get it for you. Skip expensive shipping charges and potentially broken bottles from ordering online and make a trip to central to stock up on your necessities, as well as try a few new products.
